[Yeti DNS Discuss] Misleading interpretation of Yeti DNS Project in Wikipedia

Hi folks,

I just noticed that there is a new item of Yeti DNS Project in the Wikipedia page of Alternative DNS root. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternative_DNS_root . Yeti DNS Project is misinterpreted as a project sponsored by Chinese state agency to enable sovereign countries to explore and control the Internet and enhance their network sovereignty. It's not the fact! It definitely gives people bad impression of Yeti especially during the China-US economic conflicts.

I checked the editing history and found it was added by a user called C933103 on this May 26th. I wonder how to correct or delete this in Wikipedia? I found I cannot edit it due to my IP address which is blocked. Is there anyone can help on this?
