I do not think so. It is very confused, mixing many different things
and it does not seem to display a great knowledge of the DNS. In the
end, I still do not know what is exactly in the russian law. If it is

Doing so in DNS resolvers would also require addressing PKIX
issue. Does the law also mention a national CA, that every machine
will have to add in its certificate store?
