At this moment I didn't saw any funding to reinvent the DNS - is it
enough :) Even I personally will prefer to do it. :)

Americans as experts - never! We can send you charitable help - of course...

There are some facts declared by leaders and it is true - states will
try to be more technological independent.
Up to which level - nobody knows the future reality - but first of all
it depends on economical interests.

I think so - but at this moment there are no money for DNS "revolution"
in the state budget :)
