[Yeti DNS Discuss] DSC statistics has no data

Hi Daniel,

FYI, we are currently planning to move part of BII's IT infrastructure
(including Yeti's dsc) to another site, another city. Some functions are not
available temporally. But the static page are available. I will let you know
when it comes back.
