[Yeti DNS Discuss] yeti-ns.switch.ch runs now BIND 9.11

Hi folks,

We updated yeti-ns.switch.ch from BIND 9.9 to BIND 9.11.

On another note, we have not yet switched to the new dnscap, not my task ;-)
