Nothing special. But It is suggested  a process to designate a root server operator be defined in case it is needed in future. It’s good to receive public information of RSSAC and progress related to RSOs

> The Root Server System Advisory Committee (RSSAC) held its second workshop from May 11 to 12, 2016. The workshop was attended by eleven Root Server Operators (RSO) and all RSSAC liaisons.
