I understand your concern (with the recent op-ed in the Hindu and so
on) but these conditions are so strict it boils down to "no".

I plan to ask for adoption in a few weeks/months but one of the first
questions asked in the working group will probably be "is it realistic?
did you test it?" so we have a chicken-and-egg problem here.
