[Yeti DNS Discuss] New servers added to Yeti testbed

Here are the performances of the Yeti root name servers, as measured
by the RIPE Atlas probe (500 probes used, each server is measured by
the exact same set of probes). Probes are not evenly distributed: most
of them are in Europe, so do not be surprised if european root name
servers perform better.

Basically, ICMP tests are OK: very few errors (not bad, taking into
account the poor state of the IPv6 Internet) and a reasonable RTT
(from 75 to 310 ms).

2607:ff28:2:10::47:a010 (yeti-ns.conit.co) loses the vast majority of
ICMP messages. Rate limiting? 2001:e30:1c1e:1::333
(yeti.ipv6.ernet.in) is also very lossy (already discussed on this
list but, as far as I know, without any input from our indian colleagues).

Among the machines which do not lose packets, 240c:f:1:22::6
(bii.dns-lab.net) has the higher RTT (279 ms) but, as I said, most
Atlas probes are in Europe.
