Hello

Is  yeti-ns.tisf.net one of distribution masters (DM)? Or is it yeti 
root slave?

DM bii.dns-lab.net. is OK:
 > dig -6 @bii.dns-lab.net. ns . +tcp +short
ns-yeti.bondis.org.
bii.dns-lab.net.
dahu1.yeti.eu.org.
yeti-ns.as59715.net.
yeti-ns.tisf.net.
yeti-ns.wide.ad.jp.
yeti-ns.ix.ru.

But DM yeti-ns.wide.ad.jp. has no yeti-ns.ix.ru. in NSes list for yeti root:

yeti-ns.wide.ad.jp.
dahu1.yeti.eu.org.
yeti-ns.as59715.net.
yeti-ns.tisf.net.
ns-yeti.bondis.org.

I think it is cause of yeti-ns.ix.ru. flap
