Hello Kevin,
Hello Davey,

it is pretty much a default FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE, nothing special. We
will upgrade the machine to 10.2-RELEASE soon (probably this weekend).

No patches to the OS and no to Knot.

$ uname -a
FreeBSD yeti-dns01.dnsworkshop.org 10.1-RELEASE-p10 FreeBSD

Knot was installed from the FreeBSD pkg system.

This is the knot config:

----------

    # Listen on all configured IPv6 interfaces.

----------

The machine is a virtual machine (Linux KVM), but the host is out of my
reach.

Best regards
