[Yeti DNS Discuss] Possible Yeti protocol for experiments?

All,

Since I think we're almost ready to start some experiments, I'd like to
propose a possible protocol for experiments. I've typed this up and put
in on a GitHub branch, as usual:

Note that I mean "protocol" in the sense "the precise method for
carrying out or reproducing a given experiment", NOT "a set of formal
rules describing how to transmit or exchange data, especially across a
network." :)

Anyway, I think it is pretty lightweight, but should still give us a
little control over the process. Please let me know what you think!
